A tool for life, something we all know deep down but for some reason have forgotten. Or through life's "trauma's" have forgotten how to use. It does not change life's challenges, but helps me to cope with them in a more positive way. This course will help reduce anxiety, which will help on all levels ranging from disturbed sleep, headaches etc. There are follow up meetings on a monthly basis, which are very affordable.
Dates and times vary, please check if meeting is on before coming.

FRIDAY EVENINGS AT TANEY PARISH CENTRE, TANEY ROAD, DUNDRUM, D14.

These evenings are provided to support our practice and friendship in our communal effort to cultivate mindfulness, which includes loving kindness and compassion.
Currently we are running a series of mindfulness guided meditations together with group hand drumming. This is proving to be a very powerful way of deepening our connection with the body.
