I completed a Mindfulness Based Stress Release (MBSR) and Mindful Self Compassion Course with Karuna Mindfulness. I cannot recommend the courses highly enough. I found Louis to be a very kind and intuitive teacher. Since Mindfulness is getting something of a surge in interest, there appears to be a lot of “quick” courses available. I think it is very important to have someone who knows what they are doing as an instructor and who is properly trained themselves. I came to the process with absolutely no knowledge of Mindfulness and it has been life changing. I now have tools to help me cope with life’s little bumps in the road. There was plenty of support with course notes, free meditation downloads and lots of little surprises along the way. I am so glad I came across Karuna Mindfulness.

Eight Week Mindfulness Course

Eight two and a half hour evening sessions plus a Mindfulness Retreat Day plus Course Materials and Audios. All the evenings will be on a Thursday and the Retreat Day on a weekend.
The Day of Mindful Living will be on a Sunday in The Glenview Hotel, Co Wicklow.
Time: 7 pm to 9.30 pm
