DAYS OF MINDFULNESS
A beautiful way of spending a day. Guided in a series of meditations and exercises that will serve to nurture your being and help get you in touch with your inner core strength and vitality. A yoga session will be given by Kanae Kobayoshi in the afternoon. Weather permitting we will walk in the natural woodlands in the area.
Next Day is Sunday 11th March in the Glenview Hotel.
Starting at 10.30am
Finish at 4.30pm
